Our Run Strong programme has been designed to help you get back to running following a break or give you a boost in confidence if you are new to running. YOP Run Strong will:

  • (Re) introduce you to speed work and other run formats.

  • Shape your strength and conditioning for running.

  • Build your confidence.

Our Run Strong programme will guide you in the development of robust athletic skills and to ensure you run strong and reduce the risk of injury.

YOP RUN FOR PERFORMANCE


RUNNING FOR PERFORMANCE is a series of workshops which is designed to improve your running performance up to half marathon distance.

YOP Running For Performance programme gives you:

  • Strength and conditioning for running to ensure you run strong and reduce the risk of injury.

  • Run drills to improve your style and economy.

  • Technique work so you get the most out of your training sessions.

  • Exposure to different types of training format so you understand how and why you are doing them. 

  • Understanding of pacing and training zone and why they are important.

  • How to structure your training plan to optimise your performance.

  • How nutrition, rest and recover plays an important role in your running.

So you can:

 

Learn in a relaxed, friendly and confidence boosting environment, so you can achieve your running goals.
