Are offered on a group, semi-private and one to one basis. Sessions are varied and encompasses a broad range of movement-based techniques.

YOP Fit 4 Sport Strength & Conditioning Sessions

Fit for Sport Conditioning Class (F4S.CC)

The YOP Fit for Sport Conditioning Class (F4S.CC) uses a group format to engage you in a range of exercises and techniques to develop your movement competency and control, so that you move and feel better and ensure you are Fit for your Sport and life in general. 

YOP delivers conditioning sessions so you:

  • Build your fitness foundation.

  • You move well and feel even better.

  • Train with likeminded people.

  • Progress at your own speed.

  • You can reduce your risk of injury.

  • You become Fit for Life and Sport.

  • Have fun and feel challenged.

 

What is included?

 
  • Coached movement enhancing conditioning sessions.

  • Up to 2 x 60min coached sessions per week.

  • KNOWLEDGE, CONFIDENCE, COMPETENCE, FUN and CHALLENGE.


How much does it cost?

 

One session per week: £34 a month.

Two sessions per week: £60 a month.

Paid via the online payment system.


When are the sessions?

 

Monday 0945 and 1900, Wednesday 1900 and Friday 0945.

YOP EYP builds progressively, so you build CONFIDENCE and COMPETENCE, have FUN, feel CHALLENGED and ACHIEVE at your own pace, with your own goals at the front of your mind. 

Our Elevate Your Performance programme enables us to use sound strength and conditioning principles to bring about lasting progress and solid habits. Whether you’re playing sport or not, this program will be tailored to your needs, so you can achieve your goals.

The EYP semi-private group format, gives you the opportunity to train with other similarly highly motivated members of the YOP family, whilst progressing at your own pace and working towards your own goals. The positive coaching relationship we develop with you and our desire to support you in your journey means you will succeed. 

YOP delivers EYP sessions so you

  • Feel strong and robust in mind and body.

  • Enhance your strength and movement skills.

  • Are ready to deliver high performance.

  • Are empowered and confident to pursue your goals. 

  • See your confidence and fitness accelerating.

  • Experience success.

 

 What is included?

  • Minimum of 2, maximum of 3 fully coached strength and conditioning sessions per week*. 

  • Sessions tailored to your requirements.

  • Fully supported in your journey through ongoing monitoring and feedback.

  • Regular goal setting discussions to keep you on track and moving in the right direction.

  • Nutritional support through our sports nutrition partner.

  • A STRONG and ROBUST MIND AND AN ATHLETIC body, KNOWLEDGE, CONFIDENCE, COMPETENCE, FUN and CHALLENGE.

  • *You can swap out semi-private session for a F4SCC session.


How much does it cost?

 

£159.99 month.

Minimum commitment 3 months.


When are the sessions? 

 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 0700 - 0800 and 0800-0900.

YOP BESPOKE

If you’re looking for individual attention and personalised programming to meet your expectations around your rehabilitation or specific functional needs or physical or athletic development, then YOP BESPOKE is for you.

YOPs attention and focus on you and your presence in the programme, will ensure you are focused and supported and you remain on the right path to achieve your goals.

YOP creates YOP BESPOKE so you…

Can work 121 with our YOP Chartered physiotherapists and strength and conditioning coaches so:

  • Management of your acute injury, functional rehabilitation, return to training, return to play and performance reflects your constantly changing needs requiring a level of detail, clinical analysis and reflection that YOP can offer you.

  • You can engage in an evidence based Strength and Conditioning programme specifically tailored to maximise your performance to achieve sporting and functional success whilst reducing the risk of injury.

  • You know the training you are doing is directly contributing to your personal fitness goal and you are not wasting time, energy and money doing the wrong things when you are busy.

  • You can become strong and robust in the best physical and mental shape of your life and turn your dreams into reality.

What is included in YOP BESPOKE

 
  • You determine the level of contact you would like.

  • Fully coached sessions tailored to your requirements.

  • Fully supported in your journey through ongoing goal setting discussions, testing, monitoring and feedback.

  • Nutritional support through our sports nutrition partner and ongoing support from Team YOP.

  • A STRONG and ROBUST MIND AND AN ATHLETIC body, KNOWLEDGE, CONFIDENCE, COMPETENCE, FUN and CHALLENGE.


How much does it cost?

 

£45 per hour.
